At Ashley, we want you to love your home; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all furniture and decor items are in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully disassemble furniture if necessary and place all items back into their original manufacturer packaging, including all hardware and assembly instructions.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup or Drop-off

  For small parcels, use the provided prepaid shipping label at any authorized carrier location; for large furniture pieces, our team will contact you to schedule a professional curbside pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned merchandise, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
